MEDITATION

Using simple techniques underpinned with Chinese Philosphy to make friends with what is going on in the mind at that current moment.  These techniques are often used at the end of a yoga session, or can be offered as courses or stand alone sessions as required.

Coming Autumn 2025 - Meditation and chanting - an introduction to the subtle, yet powerful limbs of yoga. This course will run over 4 weeks in person at Move Yoga studio in North Berwick.

This course will provide you with the basic skills needed to develop a regular and consistent meditation practice, and introduce you to some of the popular Sanskrit mantras in the world of yoga.

PS you do not need to be able to sing to chant!
