Join me for this all levels workshop, exploring this soft, yet powerful practice. There are 3 main qigong principles - Gentle movement, steady breath and focus.

I teach using a functional approach (as is the case in all my teachings).
We are ALL different physiologically and skeletally, and the functional approach takes this into account, with no strict alignment dogma. No need to force yourself into a form that doesn't feel good in your body, and this style of teaching. Basically its how it feels, not how it looks! We will explore a variety of forms using the 5 different phases of practice.
Expect a real flavour of the wisdom of the principles of Chinese medicine throughout the workshop, finishing with a meditation which explores the different dan tian (energy centres) within the body.

Barre is an uplifting and energising, low impact class based on the concepts of ballet, pilates and fabulous music!.

An opportunity to come try this fun class using a chair instead of the ballet barre (just as effective) for an all over body workout.

ALL money raised goes to the Aberlady Community Hall restoration fund.

Here are my longer offerings. Expect breathwork, meditation, chanting, some Chinese medicine nuggets and some philosophy relevant to the physical practice. All levels welcome!
