Join us for a 4 week course which covers the fundamental principles of qigong.

What is qigong? Qi - energy or life force, gong - a skill cultivated with steady practice.

Using gentle, yet powerful movements, meditation and the breath, yang family or medical qigong is a fabulous way to keep the body, mind and soul healthy.

Over the 4 weeks we will cover a variety of different practices, which work the energy of the body (as well as mind and soul) in different ways, to give you an overall experience of this magical practice.

Each week will begin with a short explanation of the class and intention setting, before moving onto the forms (movement practice) We will end each week with a meditation to close the session.

Our spring special Coorie is an extended version which incorporate the usual faves, alongside a mini sound bath which includes harmonium, song, drumming and various other sound instruments. Designed to enhance relaxation, this event is very popular!

Here are my longer offerings. Expect breathwork, meditation, chanting, some Chinese medicine nuggets and some philosophy relevant to the physical practice. All levels welcome!
