We will explore some simple mantras using the concept of Kirtan - learning the mantra in a call and response style, alongside Hattie tge harmonium. This workshop is for anyone who is curious to explore the origins, meaning and pronunciation of mantra within the context of yoga. Chanting, particularly in a group setting has benefits for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
