Autumn Update and exciting news!

What a few weeks it has been! - the days are getting much shorter and a lot cooler , and as a result, Wednesday beach yoga is now online - but - watch this space for indoor offerings!

Sundays remain outdoors - and once it gets to cold for yoga outside - a few of us will still be meeting for a swim on a Sunday morning in an informal capacity - please get in touch for details!

I have a menopause workshop yoga in November which is sold out, and plan to offer more in the new year - so please email me if you would like to be added to the wait list for information.

Keep your eyes peeled on social media also as I will be offering a Nurture and Relax candlelight yoga class in December at the wonderful Yoga Den in East Linton - a real chance to take a load off ahead of all of the Christmas madness, reset and refresh the nervous system after what can only be described as an atypical year
